Children's Court

Children’s Court is different to the adult courts - the law is different and the court process is different. Children also require understanding and care, which is why you need a specialised lawyer who understands both the juvenile justice system and working with children. Our children's lawyers regularly appear in Children's Court, and will be able to best prepare a child and their case for trial.
